Hourly rehearsal room

Our hourly rehearsal room is an affordable solution for those that need a practice spot in a pinch, for those on the road, or just need to get away for awhile. Available to use is a small PA system, microphones, a bass rig, two small guitar amps, and four-piece drum kit.

Spacious

We have many different sized rooms, ranging from small drum closet rooms to rooms large enough for two bands to share. Our rooms range from 100 sq ft to 270 sq ft.

Secure

We take security very seriously. All front doors have personalized passcodes, and all rehearsal rooms have deadbolts and locking door knobs. Night vision-equipped security cameras take 24/7 footage of the halls, room entrances, and parking lot.

Shareable

Want to share a room and split the cost? No problem! Some of our rehearsal rooms are big enough for two bands to share.

24 Hours

Our rehearsal studios are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Use your rehearsal studio whenever you want, without worrying about neighbors.

Rehearsal Room FAQs

First, contact us to schedule a facility/room tour. To secure a room, you must complete our lease agreement, submit the first month’s rent, and a $200 security deposit. We will give you one (1) copy of your room key, and a personalized entry code to the facility.

Rooms range from $400 to $750 a month.

Monthly lockouts are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Yes. We require a $200 deposit before you move in.

Yes. Many of our rooms are shared by more than one band.

No. You must have your own insurance if you want your equipment to be covered.

None. We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

No. Under no condition can anyone live in the studio. If anyone is found living in their studio they would be immediately evicted.

Parking is available in front of warehouse units K, L, M and N. There is also parking available in the center parking lot.

We require a 30-day written notice of your intent to vacate the room. You may contact us through email. Once you’re moved out, The Sauce Pot will conduct a final walkthrough to inspect the condition of the room. Barring any exceptional damage (other than normal wear and tear), we will return your security deposit to you.

Unfortunately, you forfeit your security deposit.
